Well, we're at Pammy's .....and where is Pammy??? Actually - even though I disagree in general with them leaving their door unlocked in the big city - I must say I was glad they did - because boy did I have to pee.

Okay so - I'm smilin' now!!! Met with Nordstrom the tax man today. Now just 2002 remains to be done. Whew! But - I need a break from my house - you ever been there? Too cheap to stay at a hotel for a getaway and haven't seen Pam since Christmas - so going to hotel Huston. Love you guys!

Getting organized. How much of life is spent organizing I wonder??? For some more than others. I think I need to keep less stuff. But what do you pitch? About the time you decide to throw something away you need it. Can't wait to get out from under the tax thing. Finding scary stuff. I hate reality. That's why I like sci-fi I think. Always before I work on the old books I get all the current books take care of. Rich is working on doing the file switch over - we haven't done it for a few years so there's 3 years worth to separate in our current receipt files. But we need to do that to pull the receipts we need for each year. We used to be so on top of that. You'd say we were obsessive - but see - I should have kept that up - it's that all or nothing mentality - I had trouble finding a middle. So now we're getting organized like we used to again. It feels safer. Oh well, back to work!

So I hope I didn't lose all my blogging friends since I haven't been blogging lately. I took a little detour working on taxes - like forever - like they're not even done yet - but then another detour reformatting my computer. Of course as some of you know this is quite a process. I had to back up everything - and there's this lingering feeling of uncertainty that I missed something. And hey - you know that wonderful woman behind La Diosa Del Lago - well, she reminded me of my address book. I saved it in time! Thanks Lady of the Lake (for some reason its easier to type in English). So anyway - I'm back - glad to be up and running again. Life is a lot of work and unfortunately it seems like since the CMCrop I haven't found much time for fun stuff. God - I hate being a grown up (okay - maybe just some of the time). Good night bloggers - and hey - what's up with the smilies. When I click on the hyperlink to see all the selections it doesn't show me the images. Hmmmm - a question for blogmonsters anonymous.
